"We (family of 4 with two young daughters) loved our stay at 1 Hotel Melbourne. It is a lovely new hotel with very modern rooms and facilities; lots of timber, earthy tones and beautiful feature plants. The immaculate indoor pool, sauna and steam room were very much appreciated on the cooler rainy days. The reception and concierge staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We could not fault our stay at Hotel 1 and will stay there again when we next visit Melbourne."

"Location was good, very handy, close to Southern Cross station. Staff were nice. I ended up having to move rooms because the room I had booked had a connecting door to the adjoining room and you could hear the neighbour. I wish this information had been clear when making the booking. Apparently all of their studio apartments have adjoining doors to other rooms. One bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen had all utensils. TV was 55 inches I believe which is quite generous."
