"Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was kind and courteous. Room was brutally hot with no Air Conditioning. I asked for fans and they provided up to 3 fans but they just circulated very hot air. I eventually resorted to removing all my clothing and wrapping my body in a wet towel in an effort to get some rest. I returned home to the US sick with chest congestion and am now under the care of a doctor who is treating me for my symptoms. Although it’s a lovely I will not return to Drift...

"Many years ago, my wife and I had meals here when we lived in St Neots which were much enjoyed, but given we moved away from the area, it's been a long time. My daughter lives in St Neots again now and I needed a place to stay overnight. Having used Premier Inns generally, if the price was right, I decided to book, but was astounded to find they wanted £150 for a Tuesday night! I had noticed the extention on the Eaton Oak many times, and managed to get a room at a very reasonable price of £84...

"Good sized room and bed. Very hot and stuffy on entry. Tried the air con control panel but it was switched off. (In a heatwave in june?) Turned on unit at the mains and room cooled until early hours of the morning when I heard water splashing on the carpet from the ac unit.- Noticeable amount of water pouring from unit-So turned it off again.
