"Cute boutique hotel - not much staff at desk - nice hotel"

"New hotel just opened in December. Very clean and comfortable room, except for the HVAC unit which made a rattling noise all night. The staff was very friendly. Really enjoyed the game area in the lobby and the pool table. For dinner, we went to Cooper's across the street and the food and the service was amazing. Would definitely stay again! "

No efforts were made to clean it except a “wet floor” sign. The next morning we get packed up for another long day only to find the elevator was STILL wet and sticky. "
