Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and...

"Room smelled only what I would call moist. We didn’t have a pet but could tell we might have had a pet room. Room was clean and cool worked fine for our family. Receptionist was extremely friendly and very responsive when we needed more towels!"

"Easy check in. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful. Only con was mattress was too firm but all hotel beds are not as comfortable as our bed at home. "

"There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country"

"Big rooms! Great for families but not great if you want to sleep and have a quiet, normal stay. It’s just so loud. Kids running like crazy in the room above us. Doors constantly slamming in the halls and kids scream. We called with a noise complaint early in the morning and nothing changed. The breakfast is also lacking. Only eggs and sausage one morning. No waffles no oatmeal no biscuits and gravy on Saturdays. Pool was gross."
