"The fridge didn’t cool Off but everything else was ok "

"The power went out the fire alarm went off. We didn’t know if there was a fire or what was going on. We were all ushered out of the hotel to find out. There was no fire, but now no one could unlock the doors to get us up into our rooms, we missed appointments. We couldn’t do anything we plan to do for the trip because we weren’t able to get into our rooms to finish dressing it was absolutely horrible. Just a horrible experience. The emergency lights did not go on in the stairwells. The stairwells were pitch black very dangerous horrible experience."

"Jacksonville is so spread out. This hotel is a good location for access to amenities on the south side down - from the beaches to Mandarin."
