"I like the new concept hotel in a well-known chain. Little things can make or break an impression, though. The in-room coffee maker and coffee brand were not good at all. Finding out at check-in that we had to pay to park...$16...wasn't welcoming, especially when the parking lot only had or 7 cars parked there the entire time we were there. Overall, though, it's a very nice hotel."

"Great to place to stay when in Alpharetta. Clean, easy to get to."

"The breakfast was not that good."

"The experience we not as described. I rented from here since it had great reviews for breakfast that’s included. When I arrived I was told there’s no breakfast due to construction which I was not informed before arrival. And the room I was in had all sorts of strange noises. Part of it was the elevator and some other machine noise that sounded like a high pitch scream."

"Clean and professional staff , the Breakfast was great choices"

"The property was quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bartenders were great as well as the staff at the restaurant. The food was good and the chicken wings were my fave. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Alpharetta. In a quiet spot but still close enough to the Avalon and Downtown Alpharetta."

"Great location, safety features - doors locked after sundown you must use your key to enter property and use elevator. Good breakfast. Ample parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Suite very well maintained and comfortable."

"Loved the front desk staff and the Starbucks inside. Beautiful view across from City Hall and fountain."

"Overall, it was a great experience for the price. A nice clean room, a nice bed. Quiet. Not a lot of parking, but I got a good spot. I did get up at 5:45 AM. They said there would be breakfast ready by 6 AM, and by 6:20 AM there was no breakfast ready. Didn’t bother me cause I didn’t want it, but just wanted to let the Property know. But again, clean safe nice easily accessible. Great deal for the price."

"Overall the hotel amenities were okay…. The hotel’s rooftop restaurant food, was not very good and overpriced. The best part of dining there was the friendly staff and the music being played. Inside the room was clean. But, there was a strong smell. At first, I thought it was coming from the pipes, I recognize that it was probably coming from the refrigerator and microwave area. Also, I noticed there were black cotton light materials landing in the tub and on the sink surface. I imagine it was...
