The cleaning was not good, the previous renters eye drops were still in the fridge, bathroom trash was not removed. Bed was clean, bedding was low quality but function. It worked for what we needed but will not go out of my way to stay here again.

Affordable AND a great place

The rooms could use some upgrades, but all in all, it was a great stay. The staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. I'll be staying here again next time I'm in the area.

Ok for the night

Outside needs cleaned up big time. Too many homeless hanging around the hotel. Just needed a room for the night with my dog so was perfect in that regards. I work in a hotel, there are small things that need worked on at this location. Also needs a better entrance/exit or a 2nd entrance/exit, can easily pass it and have to do a U-turn and come back and still pass it and do another U-turn.

Quiet and comfortable

It was a quiet stay as many were long term occupants. The neighborhood was quiet even for being in the city. The room's cleanliness was fairly good. There were a couple of issues that we addressed with management and they noted it without any excuses. The front desk folks were exceptional. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

The front desk staff were amazing. But from the elevator to the room it smelt horrible. I had to sign a no smoking agreement at check-in and the whole building smelt like cigarettes. The door handle to the bathroom was missing. The carpet was heavily stained. Even saw a small cockroach in the shower. Very disappointed.

When first arriving in room 337 I enjoyed unit most had dropped some dishes so assistant manager helped bring them into unit and also maintenance guy helped carry luggage to room door a few days went by after I started decorating and Tracy ( general manager ) called to say I needed to move a couple doors up 344 I liked the room because it was a full counter and I was able to have more room , was able to get rid of my puppy ( personal reasons ) and focus on myself more which led me up to today I am leaving hotel to something similar to this but more independent clean & better environment for work , I have learned where you stay matters it can effect your work, moods , etc also in unit 344 there were roaches and unit 337 I didn’t see any so I do suggest bombing it before bring a lot of items in or doing any shopping bringing things in , I will come back to this exact location on market street but there is another one in Wilmington, and also other hotels around shopping centers / restaurants I also was told there a police raid , that happened here , someone died , someone left the same day I checked in after telling me some things about manager , anyways not a diary but thanks

I really just needed a room to sleep after a flight cancellation due to weather. I got there late and was leaving early so I didn’t want to spend a lot. I wanted to take a shower but felt like I’d be dirtier if I did. The shower looked disgusting. The toilet had a dirty ring at the water line, and the sink was dirty. The carpet was filthy. The tile area was sticky. None of the lamps worked. I normally would have asked to change rooms but it was so late and I had to catch a 7am flight so I needed to be up pretty early. Fortunately the bed looked clean. But it was absolutely not worth the almost $100 I spent for a gross room. I would never stay here again. It was room 233 on 5/8-5/9.
