The location couldn’t be better with Hanes mall across the street as well as many many restaurants and more stores down Hanes Mall Blvd, including Costco which is handy for getting gas! The staff is awesome from the front desk to the dining rooms and cleaning staff! They were always friendly and asking me if I needed anything. "I was travelling with a pet for a one-night stay. I booked through Expedia. The listing stated that the hotel was pet friendly, but did not state that there was an additional $25.00 pet fee per night. I found this out from the clerk who checked me in. I was not happy about that, but I paid it. The grounds were not great for pets. There was not much grassy area for pet bathroom breaks and no bags available to pick up pet waste. The side entrance nearest to my room did not open with the key card,...

"I informed the staff that the internet was down at 4:00 pm and it was stll down at 8:00 am. They kept showing me on their phones that it was up but it wasn't. I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter."

"The staff was nice but the hotel needs renovations. A lot of outdated items, a lot of dirty spots and stains, room had old food spots that were missed, the pool area had bugs and dirty. Even though we had a room for 4, they kept giving us 3 towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was if the food was from the previous day, very hard/dry. It just wasn’t as enjoyable as the other Home2suites or hiltons we have ever stayed at."

"The rear door from the parking lot was locked open providing no security. The pool was unfilled in mid-June, the cover was ripped and the leaves and debris filling it was a mosquito invested green swamp. The staff was great but the owner/management needs to make maintenance and security a priority. I wouldn't have stayed if I knew the pool and door were inoperable. The staff and ease of access to the highway are this locations redeeming qualities."

"Rooms are very clean; shower and bathroom were very clean also. Breakfast is what you need to start your day and the women working breakfast was very pleasant keep the food and coffee supplied. all the staff were very pleasant and helpful if in the area again this I will stay here. Parking not to bad garage is across the street but the street is not a busy one. Parking Garage drawback is spaces are very tight for large SUV or Pickup truck."
