"Loved the outdoor pool. Breakfast wasn't the best. Saved money staying here but used that money to buy breakfast. Had ants and spiders in our bathroom. AC sounded like it was going to break and it wasn't the best at staying cold. Thankfully we weren't in the room super often."

"We enjoyed the people who run the motel. However, the 2 beds were difficult to get into on wall side. There was a rust stain on bedsheet next to inner wall. Floor not clean. Vanity in bathroom broken. Shampoo packages dried up. This room 104 cost $700 for two days. We felt we paid too much. However, it was July weekend. However, that price was eccessive."

"Excellent room, service and hotel in general. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Pool/hot tub was small but perfect for kids or adults looking for a quick dip. Restaurant on site has delicious Filipino food (as well as other food!). The free breakfast was fantastic with fresh made waffles and a huge selection of food! Great location as well close to restaurants , Walmart, Costco and tons of stores. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed here with my mom for the mother's day weekend and had a really nice, comfortable stay. The hotel was quiet, clean, and relaxing, and the outside areas were very well maintained. Staff were friendly and everything felt welcoming. Overall, a great spot for a simple and enjoyable stay in Kelowna."

Very disappointing stay. The room was only cleaned after I called to request housekeeping. The bed sheets were not changed, and when I complained, I was given clean sheets and told to change them myself. The air conditioner was extremely noisy at night, and the room was so dry that my daughter even had a nosebleed. Overall, the housekeeping and customer service were unacceptable."
