"No information in room with what hotel offered, where things were located eg. ice machine.It was my first time there, I wandered looking for an ice machine, sign on wall by laundry room said there was one on my floor, but none to be found. I have mobility issues..I did not enjoy wandering the halls. "I am in Kelowna to be with my partner while he's in hospital. Sandman staff is compassionate, helpful and timely with requests and questions. "We cannot recommend ‘A view to remember’ enough. Sue and Dann were just amazing, not only considerate, as I have an food allergy and they went out of their way to accommodate it, but they gave us great recommendations to visit surrounding places which we would never have found, and really enhanced our visit. The room was clean with lots of little extras which are not found in usual b&bs. A huge, huge thank you for a fun and enjoyable stay. "
