"Nice hotel, staff was rarely at the front desk though. Hallways and elevators were extremely hot, I don't think the AC was working. Thermostat in my room wasn't able to be adjusted, but the temp was far better than the hallways."

"The staff generally was quite pleasant but my first impression was that of a strong odor of weed in the lobby and the person on staff checked me in OK but was certainly not in anyway welcoming or encouraging. "I really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, clean and kept. I had a great view of Lake Bemidji but unfortunately it rained most of the time I was there but the view was amazing when the rain cleared. People were very friendly and bars turned out to be a local hangout for people in the area which added a homey feel. I don’t frequent bars but theirs were welcoming. Everyone was very friendly.
