Perfect stay

A fabulous stay with Alan and Debra. We were made to feel at home the minute we arrived. Service, cleanliness, location and breakfast were excellent. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Everything about this hotel was 10/10. The very warm welcome recieved by Alan the helpfulness and the cooked breakfast was lovely. The rooms were clean and nice and cozy.

Fabulous B&B. Alan and Debra very welcoming and helpful. Room spotlessly clean. Within easy walking distance to lake, shop's and restaurants. Would recommend.

Perfect little gem.

From the moment we were greeted at the door to check out, we felt like honoured guests. The room itself was immaculate. It was so comfortable and relaxed, like a home from home. Debra and Alan are both charming and wonderful. Debras breakfast is perfection, top quality ingredients cooked beautifully. There is nothing negative we can say apart from we wish we were able to stay longer. Thank you Debra and Alan.

Highly recommended stay

Debra and Alan was friendly and helpful throughout. Lots of suggestions and gives a homely feel. Room was cleaned and comfortable with towel changed everyday which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was sumptuous and filling for a day of hike ahead. Can be bright for some in summer time as curtains are not blackout curtains. Not a huge issue for us.

Perfect little B&B

Really nice B&B within a family home, hosts are very friendly & we had a very warm welcome. We'd definitely stay again and recommend to others. One point to note is that it is on-street parking and can be a bit tight in a large car but we found plenty of space within a short walk. Lots of pubs & restaurants nearby too but well worth making bookings if you can as they get very busy some evenings.

Windermere short stay

The owners Alan and Debra make you so welcome. Breakfast is fabulous, the room immaculately clean and the location perfect. The only downside is car parking. It is a lottery as to whether you can get parked close to the property. That said , it would not deter us from visiting again

Amazing little B&B

Amazing little B&B. Everything was perfect from the moment we got there. Hosts were super friendly and really informative and really made the stay more welcoming. They made you feel like part of the family. Comfy and cosy little room with added little touches to make it homely for you. Parking is free on the street too which is an added bonus and walking distance to lake windermere. Would definately stop here again.

Excellent stay!

Lovely stay here at Claremont. We were looked after from the go! The room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and made the trip that bit better! Thank you very much!

Very friendly and warm welcome from Debra and Alan on arrival and throughout our stay. Provided us with useful information and tips to help us the get best and most of our stay. The property was well kept and clean. We had the deluxe room and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, freshly cooked to order, with plenty to eat. We had an excellent stay and will happily stay there again.

By far the best yet simple bed and breakfast ever

Alan and Debra were so nice the entire stay, they were so helpful all the more that we didnt have plans to start with. They went above and beyond thru service. I highly recommend them to my friends.

Lovely B and B

The bed and breakfast was lovely, the room was a great size and very clean and they were happy to give us recommendations and tips throughout our stay always checking to see if we were enjoying our time in bowness. I would absolutely recommend Claremont to anyone going to bowness.
