"The room was clean but upon arrival our TV was falling out of the stand, reported it immediately to front desk but no one fixed it. I used a tissue box to keep it upright. Wifi was terrible, the mattresses were very lumpy and old. The ac was loud but great especially because it was 98 degrees. The staff were friendly but not very helpful with the issues we had. Breakfast was ok but coffee was terrible..not much of a choice other than cereal, waffles, or bread choices. I have stayed here a year...

"All I can say is very disappointing. The hotel is more for pets than that for humans. Unfortunately, I am allergic to dogs and cats and when I went down to have breakfast this morning two big dogs the size of a miniature ponies we’re in the breakfast room doesn’t get any worse than that.. "This was the best hotel stay we had in a 3,100 mile road trip. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and overly helpful, the pool was great. We took a shuttle to Mohegan for dinner and the driver was funny and so fun. We will stay here again. Thank you!"

"mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain too short for the tub causes water to spill out electric outlets in the bathroom not working broken furniture, such as a chair at the desk and the cabinet door a weird odor like marijuana when you first walk into the room, the room is too small for two queen beds. We mentioned this to the office attendant about the broken furniture and no electric electrical and he said he would look into it, but did not."

"Staff was rude. You felt like you were inconveniencing them when you walked through the door. As soon as you walk to the main entrance, it smells like cigarettes. The lobby was dirty. "We stayed for 5 nights. Hotel is in a convenient location with a great restaurant attached to it. Dunkin’ Donuts across the street.Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel is clean. The king room with balcony was very clean although it might need some updating. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay again and recommend without hesitation"
