"I was very surprised at the upkeep off the property and room, it was poor condition. Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. I was very upset and disappointed as this was suppose to be a Hyatt hotel. I was shocked at the condition of the rooms. "
"Pool was under construction, waitress in the restaurant was not sanitary (hands in her mouth and unfortunately nose) and restaurant was dirty probably from the night before. Water took very long to get hot. Rooms were very dark and closet door was broken. There was an issue with people above us after midnight and the front desk did nothing to try to fix it. Shuttle was convenient. The front desk manager/attendant was not very professional, eating behind the counter and bad mouthing other employees."

8/10 Good
"We recently stayed here and came away feeling that it was a bit overpriced for what you get. I understand that the location, especially being close to the casino, likely drives up the rates, but it still didn’t feel like a great value overall.
The biggest issue for us was the noise. For some reason, the TVs are left on in vacant rooms, which is something I’ve never experienced before. At night, when everything else is quiet and you’re trying to fall asleep, you can hear TVs playing in the surrounding rooms. It was constant background noise and made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
The stay wasn’t terrible, but between the cost and the noise, I’m not sure we would choose to stay here again."

"Room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Linens were crisp White. I did notice that my room was clean in places that most hotel cleaning staff miss or overlook. The continental breakfast was enough to get you going. Waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juices. I would recommend this hotel for the room cleanliness and if you’re heading to Mohegan Sun as it’s 2 minutes away. My room as clean but the corners near the elevator need to be vacuumed. I would definitely stay here again!"
"The bathroom fan ran constantly even though the light was off. The bathroom was right next to the bed so I had co close the bathroom door. I was there one night. The morning I left the toilet stopped flushing. Not nice!
You didn’t publish the review I wrote about the Scottish Inn for the night before so I don’t know why I’m bothering to write this one."
