"My stay at Bedford Hotel Plaza was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the place felt neglected and poorly maintained. The swimming pool was completely unacceptable — there wasn’t even any water in it. Instead of being a relaxing hotel facility, it looked abandoned and unusable, which was incredibly disappointing considering it was advertised as one of the hotel amenities. The room itself was just as bad. The windows didn’t even close properly, which meant constant noise from outside and cold air coming in all night. It made it almost impossible to sleep comfortably, and it also felt very unsafe. Breakfast was the final disappointment. Not only was the food low quality and poorly presented, but there were actual bugs around the breakfast area. Seeing insects near food completely ruined my appetite and raised serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel. Overall, the entire hotel felt run-down, unhygienic, and badly managed. I would absolutely not recommend Bedford Hotel Plaza to anyone looking for a comfortable or clean place to stay. There are far better hotels for the same price. Very disappointing experience."

"Definitely need improvement in the rooms. A handle on the dresser was broken and thus the drawer was unusable. Had a thermostat in the room, but it was not hooked up at all. There were people partying in the hotel until 2:00 a.m. with music blasting throughout the entire hotel, but there was no response or action taken by hotel staff."

"The coffee maker wouldn't work"

"Probably the cleanest room ive ever stayed in (and i have stayed in a lot) but did have some wear n tear. Stains on the wall. The tub also doesnt drain well and i felt kind of digusted standing in it. You also cannot get the water to flow just through the water head which leads to decrease in water pressure(room 160). Bed was very comfy, nice tv. Full size fridge, cooking area, microwave and dishwasher which was a huge plus! Quiet for the most part but you can hear a bit through the walls. The breakfast is okay. Bagels were good. Eggs are definitely coming from frozen or something. They tasted very gritty and inedible. Overall, i had an enjoyable time. Room was super tidy other than wear n tear out of the cleaners control, good coffee and bagels, very kind staff. I rented a room to get a break from the kids and i did come back feeling incredibly relaxed! Would definitely book again!"

"The issue I ran into was brown water coming out of the faucets on the last day I was there. I was told that there was some kind of maintenance going on (no warning given to the guests) and that the water was fine, but I did not trust it. That issue should have been handled better."

"Convenient location with easy parking. Rooms were very clean and the beds were especially comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.nice breakfast!"
