The valet staff was perfection!! So kind, helpful and fun! The room was clean, beds comfy and felt safe. The room was hot and thermostat was not functioning. Otherwise, good stay.

The room was clean adequately, the staff was helpful, fun, and kind. The lifeguards were diligent and took initiative to have kids follow the rules. The waterpark was definitely the highlight of our trip! It was clean, plenty of seating options with tables, and had things to do for all ages.

When we arrived in our room, the sheets had stains on them. I called the front desk and asked for them to be changed and they were. That’s not something that you want to see when you first arrive after a 5 hour drive.
