"This hotel was amazing. It had everything on site, that we barely had to leave the resort. Between the Starbucks and the ABC stores, we had everything available when we needed it. This hotel also had some amazing restaurants. We ate at Tropics daily. The staff were all friendly for the most part. I would just be cautious of the Activity Center. My family and I wanted to book a tour to the Dole Plantation and were instead given an 8-hour tour of the island with only a 30-minute stop at the Dole Plantation. This really ruined our day as we had no time to do anything there but get an ice cream and leave. Monika spent about 2 hours making the reservations for 5 of us and conned us into a 2-hour time share presentation that we all had to attend in order to receive a discount. Unfortunately, she was not very clear of any of this, and we were left with a wasted day. Thankfully, we met a kind man named Cotton that was able to fix the issues she created and, although we weren't able to get our time back, we did get our money back and suggestions for a different tour to take in the future, All in all we had a great time at this resort between swimming in 3 different pools, the lagoon and the ocean. "
