Arrived early at the hotel around 11 am 6/14 Lexi was behind the reception counter with ZERO engagement like we don’t exist, she was talking to another staff while talking to us. So much for advertising as all guest will be greeted upon arrival… We asked what does the hotel restaurant serve so we can check it while waiting and she replied nonchalantly while she was looking towards the broken elevator ( ( which btw never worked the 5 days of our stay and we were told by other guest that it hasn't worked days before we arrived) I think seafood…. How can your staff not know what you serve or sell??? Anyways, There was another lady when i got out of the restroom who understands what customer service is, she tagged our luggage and put it away while Lexi just told us “ just leave it here” and left the counter. Watch ur video footage and you will see what kind of customer service Lezi is providing and you also just lost a business bc she does not know anything about your restaurant… we end up at Alohilani for lunch and some cocktails while waiting for 3pm check in. The AC in the room didnt work well, the pillow is way too soft and bed was Ok. Location was Great! Walking distance to shopping, restaurant and beach! The staff by the pool were great, thank you!

I was very happy with our stay here. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and we loved the convenience of the location. A 5 minute walk from Waikiki beach and multiple other great restaurants! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, the stay was great the rooms were absolutely adorable and very clean! Only thing I say is parking was slightly difficult but because of the location of the hotel we barely utilized the rental.

Overall loved the staff where supper nice had a hard time with parking getting toilet paper towels etc…. Even when we were gone all day and just left a message at the desk to take out trash and leave towels it seemed to be a difficult thing! Only one elevator the whole stay so we ended up taking stairs most of the time because the wait time was forever. I would stay again for prices and staff definitely a few things they could work on though.

A beautiful place to stay! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The view was breathtaking. Location was unbeatable! Minutes to the beach and an ABC store on the corner. Will definitely stay again.

The location is great! You can easily walk to Waikīkī beach and a bunch of great food. The area is a bit loud and the valet here was $45 a night.
