"The property was underconstruction. There was not an air conditioner in the room only a ceiling fan. There was a person laying on the sidewalk at the entrance. We walked in the room, turned around and walked out and went to another hotel. I did not get any money back."

"So, there are three Hyatt's in San Francisco. My reservation was for the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, at Embarcadero Center. There is also a Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, and Hyatt SOMA. I asked if there was a hotel shuttle from the airport, for Hyatt Regency San Francisco, and was told yes. Apparently, the airport shuttle only goes to Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. So, it took me south not north. When I asked how to get to Hyatt Regency San Francisco, at Embarcadero, they said order a cab or Uber. Staff made no concern over my situation, which I am guessing is a not infrequent."

"Some serious maintenance and updating needed. Checkin process smooth and easy with a friendly receptionist. Little welcome pack was a lovely gesture. Iced water in foyer was nice. Breakfast is basic but not unexpected for the price. For Australians, it would be nice to have milk available, not just creamer, for our tea and coffee."
