"One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in for years. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, modern and brand new. The staff gave me a complementary later check-out after hearing my flight time had been delayed. Great bar and food too. Couldn’t recommend enough. "

"Dusty room issues with grout , tablet on floor ? Extension lead faulty noisy cistern noisy air ductwork… during night .generally old fittings. Request renovated room . Most staff are ok . Breakfast good and brasserie still nice ."

"I booked an upgraded room which stated that it had ‘shower only’. This seems great to me because I hate showering after stepping into a bath. I was allocated my room which was nothing special, just a little bigger than a standard room I’m guessing. I checked the bathroom…the dreaded bath with the shower over the top was present. My worst nightmare. The room and bathroom was tired and in need of an upgrade. I was also promised a king sized bed but instead I got 2 singles pushed together resulting in 2 sides of the bed being different levels of firm/soft. Not what I expected from an upgraded room to be honest. Basis at best"

"Good location for airport "

"Room 430 - whilst the bedroom was lovely and generous and clean - the bathroom was small and frustrating. Nowhere to put toiletries, nowhere to hang towels. Handbasin was small and you could not bend forward when cleaning teeth as you’d hit your head on the glass shelf. Shower cubicle was very very small indeed and the controls for the shower was a large bulging control that ate into that space - cubicle was so small you kept hitting your elbows on the wall or shower screen. Overall the hotel is excellent but this bathroom let it down badly."

"Is a really lovely hotel. Rebecca cleaned our room really well and front desk on Saturday and Sunday morning was really helpful. We would definitely recommend staying and will be returning. "

"Great hotel, clean, lovely communal areas and great bedroom. The music on entering the hotel was extremely loud due to a wedding party, so loud we couldn’t hear the member or staff on check in. Luckily this didn’t affect us as we were out all evening but had we planned to stay in the hotel, this would have been an issue "

"We had a suite which was miles from reception up and down stairs plus the signage was poor and confusing. Reception had a care less attitude when I overheard another guest explaining their issue. Equally they didn’t care that someone had been smoking in our room and cigarette ash was on the carpet and the window frame. The bed throw was disgusting and not to be explicit I’ll leave it at that. "
