"Legoland was the best decision we ever made. If it weren’t for them our vacation would have been absolutely ruined. Expedia completely screwed up our bookings. We arrived after a an entire day of airports. Staff couldn’t have been better. The next day we woke up to a phenomenal breakfast only to find out Expedia never sent over our theme park tickets. After standing in front of Legoland for over and hour with two autistic sons and my disabled wife who’s confined to a wheelchair, their representative who I was on the phone with after lying to me about being on the phone with the hotel eventually transferred me to an airline and hung up on me. Never again. The hotel staff ended up covering our tickets for the coming days and took care of everything. Thank you so much Legoland! And Expedia…NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"Welcome to the 70's..... Very run down but quaint! The only ADA rooms were on the first floor and had to pay $60 extra to rent one . Total of $221.00 for a suite that was in much need of remodel. Won't stay here ever again!!"

"Horrible service and unacceptable room conditions, bed and sheets were dirty and burnt, they haven’t cleaned them or even took the time to make the beds, bathroom was dirty (tub/toilet/sink) door was broken, all walls were dirty like they threw some juice or something, floor was with dirt and sticky stuff. Horrible smoke smell. Probably someone left and they just gave me the keys. Talked to office and really rude!"

"The bathroom is a crudely built add on lean-to with inadequate ventilation, which results in its ceiling being covered in black mold. It’s a biohazard. The majority of lights did not work. The rest of it was good enough."
