very disappointed

The room seemed OK at first, then we went into the bathroom - it was filthy - hair in the tub and an obvious layer of crud and the floor was not clean. We went to the front desk and complained - they offered another room. Went to check it and found not only a dirty bathroom but the bed looked like someone had laid on it. Front desk person was quite nice - but we cancelled the stay and walked out - they agreed not to charge us for the room. Also we noticed that the area did not seem well secured and some of the "guests" walking around the area seemed a bit on the "seemy" side. I would not bring ANY children to this place!

This so-called hotel should be demolished.

This place was beyond disgusting. The room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes and marijuana despite being a supposedly non-smoking room. The sheets were dirty. The bedspread had stains. No cups were provided. There was grease on the carpet. The floors in the hallway were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed since the 70s. There were roaches in the room. The other people staying there were rude and inconsiderate of quiet time. I didn’t even dare attempt to try he breakfast as I was afraid it would make me sick. I was afraid of catching a disease from the room. It was that gross. I would have rebooked somewhere else but by the time I realized how bad this place was it was too late and nothing nearby was available. Never ever ever stay here. This hotel needs to be bombed

Disgusting and unclean, horrible and unhelpful staff, lots of cockroaches in the rooms in plain sight and when we pulled back the beds more would scatter. When I asked for a refund immediately the person working was rude and still charged me for 1 day, I wasn’t even in my room for 15 minutes

NO NO NO.

This hotel was so awful on the outside thay my wife and I didn't even pull into the parking lot. I've never been catfished by an establishment before! Do not waste your money. Terrible part of town, filthy, dilapidated exterior, very unsavory characters in the parking lot. No no no.

Most disgusting hotel I ever stayed in and front desk help was rude! Room had bugs air conditioning didn’t work and they would not do anything to resolve my issues! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Run!!! Horrific

Lots of activity Looks like no lawn maintenance Disgusting We stay in hotels averaging $60-$120 a night and this was up there on the never again!! I can’t even begin to tell you the issues we encountered at this property

The hotel does not except reservations through Expedia, therefore I was told it's not their problem and to try to get a refund from Expedia. The place was less then savory. It is a bug invested dump with the local addicts hanging out front. Great for business I do say so. If you have any values, morals, or an ounce of respect for yourself- stay far away from this tiny hell hole in Florida.

Booked on line and paid upfront ! Got there only to be told at 5:30 They had no clean rooms, No apology, no wait a few minutes let us get it ready nothing . Really wasn't impressed with the inside anyway. Family owned sitting in the lobby talking at lead 3 family members. Mother and child eating behind the counter in another room. Not for me

Do not recommend

Hotel shows its age. discoloration around tiles in bathroom. Rotating Shower head was 4' high which challenged hair washing. Could not understand front desk personnel, continental breakfast was less than desired, with probably tang for orange juice. And equal for second container of white juice. Cookies, cheerios, flakes, coffee. Inexpensive but get what you pay for. Hurricane evacuation caused our two night stay. Glad to leave.

Dirty, outdated and scary.

Dirty, outdated, bathroom is dirty, we didn't use the towels, they looked grey, it looks like its been used for 10 years. Microwave was broken, carpet was dirty. We're scared to use the shower cuz it's dirty. I know it's cheap but you can get a better room somewhere else. We don't feel safe of the area.

TERRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

When I arrived I found towels on the entrance floor, the woman in front was so unhappy and really impolite, in the room the microwave wasn't working, they put just 2 towels, when I ask if she can give me more towels because we were 5 people, she send me to buy my own towels, they do not put Shampoo or lotion they send you to the dollar store in front to buy your own, do not ask for extra toilet paper, is better if you to the guest restroom and just serve yourself because probably they will send you to buy your own toilet paper, the bath tub was super dirty the curtains with mold, this is a real unhealthy place to rest with your family, the breakfast is poor, Sunny D juice is better than the watery orange juice that they have, the pool is clean but the smell in the hall ways is full nicotine.

In a awful neighborhood dirty dingy they asked me if I wanted to see the room before I checked in and I'm glad they asked. Very bad and smelled left without checking I. They said no problem but would not refund

Most awful hotel ever - beware

We checked in and as my husband took down the comforter, there were stains on the comforter and sheets. Holes in the walls, keyfab at the entry door hanging by a wire. Broken tiles all over laundry room. Asked to leave and get money back but told to take it up with booking agency. When we took this up with Hotels.com, come to find out we do not get the first night refunded. We left within 5 minutes, we didn't stay at all. Very angry. Unacceptable result.
