Khách sạn Winterthur

"Very strategic location if you want to use Wintherthur SBB Statio, we renter a car and they have no parking lot in front , that's the only disadvantage, there is no swimming as advertised. Our kid was fine without it. Thomas the front desk was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was decent 👌"

"The staff was awesome. Even walked with me to train station evening before I departed for airport to make me comfortable."

"No one was ever at the reception the whole time we were there. Had to arrange everything with the restaurant staff next door. Room had an unpleasant smell, poor lighting and an uncomfortable and not so clean bed."

"チェックイン機でチェックイン操作をすると予約時のメールに部屋番号が送られてくる．予約に使ったメールアドレスを受信できる環境がないと詰む． 部屋はきれいだが，テレビはどのチャンネルもno signalだった．"

"Sauberes Zimmer und Bad, freundliches Personal, Frühstück war ausreichend."

"Don’t be drawn in by the low prices. Very disappointing experience. The room smelled like cigarettes, the carpet was stained, and I found a few hairs on the bed. The cleanliness was disappointing and made it difficult to feel comfortable. It was also very noisy, with people coming and going at all hours, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Although the price was low, the savings weren’t worth the experience."

"Room was clean. No onsite support and check in was confusing."

"Room so small nowhere to put suitcase. Had to step over it to get to bathroom. Bed was horrible. Not only hard but had hard lumps that pushed into your body. Wood board separated the head section of 2 beds put together. Ridiculous for couples and very bad for anyone who turns in sleep. This hotel is NOT near the airport! We were told we would have to take a cab to the train station and then a train to the airport. Being “close” to the airport was the only reason I chose this hotel. The reception...

"Alles in Ordnung"

"The hotel is lovely however my room was not cleaned, bed not made and no clean towels. After a long day of meetings, having to chase for clean towels and tea/coffee was not good. However the hotel is great. Would have got a 5 star if housekeeping cleaned my room and made the bed. Disappointing, should not have been missed."

"Great value for money close to the airport. Clean, comfortable rooms and a very good reataurant with parking on site."

"The hotel was great, but the breakfast was much too expensive so I didn't have it. The room was perfectly clean and the walk-in shower had glass sides up to the ceiling, so there was no risk of water on the shower-room floor. The reception staff were very helpful and booked me a ride to Zurich Airport for the next morning."

"Great location. Free airport shuttle is a big plus."
