"This is our 5th time staying at this hotel for a yearly event. We've always had a good stay. This time wasn't the best. Our big bath towels were dirty. The others were stained horribly! They should have been tossed! Only 4 outlets in the entire room worked! We needed the TV and a light plugged in so that left only 2 for anything else! The hair dryer didn't work! Bathroom outlets didn't work. No coffee pot in room and I called ahead of time to check and was told there would be. Breakfast was horrible. Room temperature hard boiled eggs. Toast. But all the PB & jelly pkts were old and hard as a rock! Waffles were good though. No meat at all! Expired yogurt. Noone wiped off the tables until after breakfast. They were bad! Watered down OJ. Luggage carts were absolutely disgusting!! The whole place needed a serious good vacuum!! Ceiling was paper thin!! The people in the room above us sounded like they had a heard of elephants with them! We could hear every single step!! All night long!! Staff was friendly. An older gentleman cleaning rooms was very friendly and very nice! Arcade was decent but the games were priced way too high! Didn't use pool but it looked nice. Parking was ok. Lots of space. Beds were clean and comfortable. "

"Very run down and in need of a lot of work. The building smelled terrible and the beds were horrendous. The doors were broken and it had snowed with no real clean up making it dangerous to walk to your car. It's a haul to the water park and they want you to park about a half mile away which is ridiculous. Would not stay here again."

"It was opening weekend. Staff were still being trained - meaning check in took a lot longer than it should have. Pool hours were dumb, it closed at 9pm (Maybe adults only till 11 would be good?). "

"Good value, everything you expect. The staff were kind, the room was clean, plentiful variety for the continental breakfast. Fitness room is GREAT so is the pool hot tub and working sauna. Wed stay again, good for families."

"We were very disappointed with our stay at Natura Treescape Resort. We rented a cabin that was supposed to accommodate 6 people, yet we were still charged an extra $20 per person per day for the two people over the standard four person, which felt excessive and misleading. The cabin next to us had people smoking weed the entire stay, and the smell completely filled our cabin and the surrounding area. We asked to be moved to a different cabin, but the resort would not accommodate us. Housekeeping was also extremely poor. During our 3-night stay, nobody picked up dirty towels or emptied our trash. The bathhouse was dirty, and the towels provided were tiny, rough, and low quality. Overall, the experience did not match the price we paid, and customer service was disappointing. We would not stay here again."

"The rooms were very spacious and easily accommodate a family of 4. The TV’s were a little small but owner said they were being updated this year."

"It was an awful experience. Got all the way to The Polynesian Hotel and no one was there. There was a note on the lobby door stating all reservations have been moved to the Atlantis Hotel. I was never informed of any such changes. I was receiving emails stating they couldn't wait to see us and check in was at 4pm. Had to call Atlantis Hotel. Thankfully they had room for us at their hotel. However the front desk told me the Polynesian was under construction but their were no construction crews insight. Being moved to a different hotel was a total inconvenience to my family's stay."

"Excellent staff helped in every way with a great attitude "
