"The outside is beautiful! Well cared for. The room felt a bit dated because of the carpet but the size of the room was nice, beds super comfy. Also, helpful and honest staff. Smooth check-in and called us as soon as the housekeeper found the phone and wallet we left behind by mistake! Will be coming back in the summer."

"Went to the Dells for a short vacation and loved this location. Walking distance to downtown and all the activities that we wanted to do, and far enough of a walk where after a night of drinking, gave a relaxing walk to the room."

"The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and well designed. I especially thought the staff in the breakfast area were courteous and efficient. The food was a good value and well prepared."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Room was super clean. Check-in went smooth and quick. Breakfast was very good! Coffee was amazing! And they did serve a bit of a different breakfast the 2 mornings we were there. We would definitely stay again."

"Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no breakfast options but we knew that ahead of time so we brought our own. In a good location really big pool. We didn’t use, but it looked nice."

"Every hotel I stay at, I pull the sheets back to check for cleanliness and bed bugs. This hotel was no different and when I pull the fitted sheet up, the mattress pack had hair and crumbs on it and was visibly used. I called the front desk to request a clean mattress pad and was told to come to the front desk to get it. Once there, I was told “this is the only one you will get”. Upon returning to the room and removing all the bedding and pillows to put on the new mattress pad, I discovered it...

"We we booked two resort facing rooms and instead got the basic studios."

"We stayed on a Saturday during the off season in late April so they didn’t have a lot of customers. This was the cheapest hotel with good reviews so that’s why we booked it. Check in was quick. Room was clean. Air conditioner did have a slight musky smell at first but it either went away or we got used to it. Pool was open and clean. Overall, it did the job for why we were there. "
