"The staff was courteous and helpful but the water wasn’t really hot in the shower, there are no screens on the windows, there was loud music from the restaurant I had to request to be turned down, there were leaves and a dead bug in the shower. It was just a lot to pay for not what I would expect."

"Tuve una muy buena experiencia en Viajero Huacachina. El hostal es súper lindo, las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien mantenidas. El ambiente en general es muy agradable y el staff es muy cordial y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Además, la ubicación es excelente, y la comida del restaurante es muy muy rica. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que, si no te gusta mucho la fiesta o eres sensible al ruido, los fines de semana puede ser un poco ruidoso porque el hostal tiene un ambiente bastante...

"My wife became sick during our stay. The staff was incredible from the late night guards who helped me with new bed linens at 3:30 am to the girl working the front desk who helped me with a taxi to the pharmacy for meds. The wait staff in the restaraunt prepared tea for my wife. I cant say enough good things about this hotel. Thank you so much for all your help"

"Loved our stay! Breakfast was wonderful and the tours they set us up with were the best. Definitely take the one of the sand boarding and buggy. The cats were adorable "

"The property was okay for cleanliness, but it was very noisy from early evening to late evening. I had to put in ear beats and turn up the volume with my calm app to get to sleep. At check-in I had to pay for the room when I had the receipt that I paid through Expedia before my trip. There seems to be a lack of communication between the hotel and Expedia. "

"New, clean, friendly service. Rooms were huge for the price. Would highly recommend. We stayed one night on our stop at Huacachina. It was close, and the next day we spent the morning in the clean pools before we checked out."
