"The room was clean, sizeable and the jetted spa bath absolutely superb. But that’s where it ends. We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards. Where it really fell short was the experience and service. "The room I was allocated was comfortable, clean. It has balcony (not private but I did not mind as chatted with neighbours with side view to the water. Room was also spacious. I like that it has plates and cutlery. The hotel is a very walking distance to the water ferries to Queen Charlotte sounds. "

"The room was clean, good lighting near the bed for reading. The shower had good pressure, and easy controls. The towels were large and absorbed well. The Lobby had seating where we played a game with our group. The bar was well stocked and had delicious cocktails. We did not use the spa or sauna or pool. "
