"I didn't actually stay at the Bell, I was taken into hospital with Pneumonia but I wanted to say how fabulous Catherine was after Expedia had neglected to send me a confirmation email so I was unable to cancel in the time frame required. The customer service from Catherine was over and above, she is a reason I would want to stay at the Bell. It's rare to receive support, understanding and recognition that customer service is the backbone of a business and I can't praise her enough. I"

"We recently stayed at Longs Inn in Woburn for one night and, unfortunately, were quite disappointed. The property is in need of some updating and, overall, we found it looked tired, outdated and rather scruffy. Our bedroom had clearly been dusted and hoovered, and the bed itself was comfortable, but the furniture was very old and the room generally felt like it needed some investment. "I would advise other travellers to be cautious, especially if arriving late or making a last-minute booking. I should also mention that I was told I would not be offered breakfast because I had booked last minute or arrived late. My experience with the reception staff made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Regardless of the price paid for a room, every guest should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again."

"Really convenient for what I needed courtyard style room straight onto the car park. Dog friendly with some great walks around the area. Super easy check-in key was in the door. Appreciated the fruit teas and coffees in the morning. We’ll stay again if I need to be in that area."
