I stayed during NYE and the manger was so kind and let me check out at 2pm instead of 12 because of the new year. My room was way bigger than I expected due to the pictures, it was very spacey and super tidy. Very close to the train station, felt safe since it’s only possible to enter the hotel with a card and I will definitely come and stay again.

Hotels in the Netherlands can be pretty pricey, so we found a more budget-friendly one in Woerden. It’s doable to commute from there to Leiden, which was our pickup spot for Keukenhof. The receptionist could’ve been nicer when telling us which doors to use—there weren’t really any signs showing where to go in or out. Overall though, it’s a super quiet place in a residential neighborhood.

The breakfast buffet didn't have much of a choice and 17 euros was way to high for what you got....and having to pay for parking was ridiculous and we left a day early and they would not refund the ney for the day we didnt stay

Terrible experience. Booked and paid a king bed room and got an inferior room with two small beds. Housekeeping wasn't done. No elevator so that one has to carry luggage up and down the stairs. Never again!
