"This hotel is a very useful stop if you’re going to Pagosa Springs. The check-in is remote - and it worked! The room was clean and presentable. The price was good, too. Our suggestions are: the coffee maker was tedious and ineffective (get something like a one-cup Keurig); provide tissues (like Kleenex); But the bottom line: this hotel is a great deal! We’ll be back."

"A couple of the on-site eateries were alot like pre packages food or waaay overpriced for what was actually served. A burger that was about the size of a kid's happy meal burger for $18 and didn't include fries? What a giant rip off. Avoid eating there!"

"We enjoyed our stay at SOCO very much! The room was clean, cozy, cool, and had a comfortable bed. Collin, at the front desk at check-in was friendly and helpful with local suggestions. We stayed on a Tuesday and the bar/restaurant are closed on Tuesdays and there is no live music on Tuesdays either (we were very sad to miss these happenings). "This was a cute little getaway for my wife and I. The cabins were in good shape but stickers on the wall to tell me that the water in the shower was backwards doesn't tell me they are well maintained. There was moldy coffe grounds in the coffee maker and the ac didn't put out cold air. The fan had no remote or setting for you to turn it up so it was set on the lowest setting barely moving air on a hot july night. The hot tubs worked but definitely not cleaned they even had a message on their display that said 16 days over due for cleaning. There is no staff on site you have to contact them through a messaging service but no one responded at all. This is a great concept, but for the price you pay for these cabins, they should be better maintained and staff should be easily contacted."
