"We were very happy with our stay . Newly renovated rooms, comfy bed , and every single front end person was friendly . It’s rare to find that. I’d stay again. Pretty flowers out front in pots were nicely taken care of and added a nice touch for someone like me that likes flowers. We didn’t need an elevator , but just so others know there is not one but im 100% certain thr front desk would help You"

"The best thing about the property for us was the convenience to the airport and the airport shuttle. Breakfast at The Bistro was very good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, when booking a room for two adults and three children I guess I neglected to realize the room did not have a sofa bed. I have never encountered a hotel that listed occupancy for two queen beds as five. So please read the fine print when booking. "I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff is what really makes this place special! Our first room had an AC issue and she quickly got us into another room. They treated my 3 year old with such kindness. Very outgoing staff. The food was amazing and open late. The rooftop bar looked cool, although I didn’t go up there. The only thing I could complain about is I think the beds could’ve been more comfortable. I felt like the beds were more on the cheap side and kinda hard/thin."

"I've stayed 3 times in the last month. 3 nights each time. 1st time I was on what they consider the 3rd floor, but it was actually the 2nd. Both other times, I was on the ground floor. Only one room had the worst refrigerator humming. I had to unplug it so I could sleep—no other issues."

"Good value in a safe and upscale neighborhood! Room was clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast offered as well! Metro is a moderate walk, but parking is available at the station if walking is not desired. Manager was very helpful and attentive upon check-in. He showed us the path to the Metro and suggested where to get snacks as there is no vending in the hotel."

"We didn’t even stay in the room because it was super humid and the manager didn’t give me a refund we left the card key with staff the same day we checked in this is how they veterans the front desk didn’t help whatsoever with the situation"

"The room didn’t feel clean enough. The tissue box was empty, so we had to stop by the lobby. While I was in the shower, I realized the conditioner was empty too, and I had to send my son to the lobby. The staff was polite but didn’t feel welcoming. For reference, breakfast is available for about $25 per person, parking costs $5, and you receive a warm cookie at check-in."
