"I stayed at the Hyatt for 2 nights. The room i had was large with a king sized bed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only complqint i have with the room is no microwave. The lobby was clean an inviting with lots of places to seat. I did not eat the breakfast. The hotel advertised that it had a restaurant but i was told it was closed. I needed lunch so they were nice enough to make me one anyway . I would definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt"

"Breakfast was good, staff was great to wok with, limited staff at night, could not keep towels in pool area, the last morning of our stay there was no hot water in the shower only mildly warm."

"I checked in at 10pm, the front desk had the security gate closed. Fortunately, the lady who had just clocked out did help me out. When I entered the hallway to go to my room, I was hit with a terrible odor- smelled that way the whole trip. My room did not smell, thankfully. The bed was made up nice, but the room itself wasn’t very clean. The walls had visible dust bunnies all over, the floors were sticky so I wore my shoes at all times aside from sleeping. The party noises from neighboring rooms was constant- unfortunately there was no one to ask to ask these guests to quiet down at 3am. There were no amenities. I literally had a small bar of soap, 2 washcloths and two towels, none smelling fresh. There were not any kitchen ware to use….. makes it difficult to utilize a kitchen when you can’t cook. I will not be staying here again nor will I recommend anyone else to. All in all"

"Tv would not work, went down to ask staff and they shook the remote and told us to unplug it. No other help. There was no cold water. Bathroom faucet was broken. No body wash in the dispenser. "

"The whole place needs a facelift. The fitness area was dirty without towels. The equipment is rusty and not working properly. There was a dead roach in our room and the safely lock on the inside of the door was broken. Do Not Stay here."
