"L accueil est correct, notre chambre était prête à l arrivée, c est propre même si ça manque d amour, par contre je préfère, et de loin, un établissement propre qui a de la peinture qui lève sur les murs à un établissement récent mais pas propre. Pour le déjeuner c etait correct, la personne qui nous a servi nous a amené du café quand j ai dit que je n en buvais pas elle ne m a même pas offert d eau, j ai trouvé ça ordinaire. Le stationnement était tres facile a trouver et l hôtel vraiment bien situé, j y retournerai."

"Our stay was in my opinion a bit of a disaster with no help to make it better from the staff. Our room had 1 working light in it other than the one in the bathroom. We contacted the front desk, they came and checked and said they would contact maintenance but that they wouldn’t be in until the morning. After that our son had fun in the pool. We went back up to the room to crash for the night but found that the dead bolt for the door was broken off and unusable. We again contacted the front desk, they were unhelpful and said to speak to the manager in morning. The manager was even less helpful, refused to take any accountability for the issue and refused any compensation for the issue even though we showed a photo of the broken lock. We will never return to this hotel and recommend everyone to stay away from it. The only redeeming quality was the pool."

"The hotel itself was very nice. Clean, spacious room. The front desk staff were not good at all. I paid with my credit card and she said it didn’t go through and told me to do it again. I got an email from my cc saying it was a successful transaction. I showed them that it had gone through but they insisted I pay again. I even called the cc and they said it was a successful transaction as well. The supervisor was rude and insisted that it was not their issue. I paid a second time and just hoped that I didn’t get charged twice. I still had two charges the next day and they said it would be reversed in 5-10 days. No apology or even an acknowledgment of any inconvenience to me. So the problem is not yet solved. Very bad customer service."
