"Incredible friendly staff. They actually had a little baggie of treats for my dog. Great breakfast. Clean room and very comfortable beds. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quick access to I 75. No highway noise in the room at all."

"Parking wasn’t bad but the first shift office staff are very rude and disrespectful and will tell you anything that you want to hear just to get rid of you. We are no longer allowed to rent a room at budget Westgate inn due to a review we left on Expedia which was nothing but the absolute truth. We thought we had a freedom of speech right in the United States but obviously if you speak the truth and it offends someone you will get put on a DO NOT RENT LIST….. and you can no longer stay at the motel. We have spent almost $10,000.00 over the past year renting rooms there and now we are on a DO NOT RENT LIST. Can you believe that? Thank you for taking the time to read our review. "

"Convenient location to interstate during our trip. Very clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast area. Cracker Barrel restaurant across the street. Nice stop after long day of driving. "

"This hotel is in really bad condition. The linens were very dingy and there was no body wash. The plumbing was loud and not hot. There was no housekeeping staff during the early evening. The rooms do not look or feel clean. There was very little food and NO coffee. We went to the Hardee’s across the street. The Baymont is very convenient to the music venue across the street but we will be driving a little further next time. "

"The staff at the hotel was nice, but that was the only thing going for it. This property has not been well maintained. There was a smell in our room that was odd, one wall in our suite was covered by the dust blowing from a ceiling a/c vent, the floor was so sticky we couldn't take our shoes off without socks sticking to it, and the bathtub had a line of hardened dirt around it that was absolutely disgusting. A really deep cleaning could have greatly improved the cleanliness of the facility. Additionally, the pillows were flat and needed replacing. For breakfast, the hotel had only two "warm" options: bacon and premade omlets filled with peppers. If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is not it. "

"From the outside immediately you see what to expect at this property poorly maintained and filthy with no breakfast at all it wasn’t even a continental breakfast had yellow stained sheets that I had to change as soon as I checked in many safety violations also and of course when you make a reservation there is no refund so they got you after reading the corporation standards you realize that is just a company promise that falls short by not requiring the franchise to follow those same standards "
