"Not sure what has happened to Hampton Inn. They used to have the most COMFORTABLE BEDDING. I almost bought the same thing for my home a few years ago. Something has CHANGED. THE BEDS WERE SUPER HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. PLEASE FIX THIS HAMPTON INN. We both had TERRIBLE SLEEP. Everything else was top notch! Breakfast fantastic, parking awesome, safety, etc. great! The beds sucked!"

"What I didn't like was the tiny lamp lights over the bed did not give a steady stream of light. The lamp light kept flickering. They need more variety with the breakfast choices. The trundle bed I had in my room would not open. Also lastly to pay $10 per night was ridiculous!"

"I loved the room layout. The only thing was the bed. It wasn't comfortable at all. I still gave 5 starts because in the morning I let the staff know and they seemed responsive and requested if it happens again on future trips to call down and they would get me another place to sleep for the night where I wouldn't have to move all my stuff I settled in with. I only stayed one night with a late check in, and I didn't know that was an option or I would have requested that."

"What i don't like about the property is, they didn't have Netflix and YouTube channels so pls they should at least add it so kids can enjoy some movies. Thank u. Aside that i enjoy my stay very comfortable."

"I booked on Expedia where my reservation stated “free onsite parking” however the property charged $10 and stated that’s their policy and to request a refund from Expedia. Not good business at all. How many others have been billed and not realized they were charged. Waiting on a response from Expedia concerning my refund."

"My daughter and I stayed two nights. The AC in our room broke down 3 times and yes, I asked for a new room after the first breakdown but instead they sent a maintenance guy to fix it. After the second breakdown I asked the maintenance guy to show me how to fix it, which I did myself when it stopped working a third time as I was getting dressed for the event I came into town for. A rollaway garbage dumpster lived at the back door entrance all weekend for guests to see and smell when entering...

"We had a comfortable stay and the room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and it was a great place to rest after a long day of traveling. The staff was friendly and made check-in and check-out easy. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast. While it was appreciated, there were very limited options compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, so it could definitely be improved. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again,...

"The staff and location are absolutely outstanding. Whoever owns the hotel needs to invest in the property by first buying new mattresses and bedding. My television didn't always work and there was trash around the building. The staff deserves better!"

"Perfect family location – beautiful area to walk around! We had a wonderful family stay here. The location is incredibly convenient: close enough to the city to enjoy everything, but in a spot that feels relaxed. What we loved most was how beautiful and pleasant the area is for a family walk. Having shops, restaurants, and lovely streets to stroll around just minutes away made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free."
