"This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. "The property was under construction I feel like overpay for this property. I paid around $230 for one night. I would’ve expect a more comfortable situation for example more light in the hotel it was very dark. I don’t think that $230 were worth it. There was a whole construction under the breakfast area. Wasn’t able to enjoy the lobby because they were working on it and there was so much dust it was healthy to breathe. We had a kid there too. It was super uncomfortable. I don’t think it was fair...

"Initial room was not cleaned. Even after going to the desk - the response was I'll let the manager know and housekeeping will come in the morning. There were 2 sweatshirts in the room, trash in the can, bed wasn't made (sheets/covers pulled up to the top), bath mat sitting on the top of the toilet, tissue box empty and separated from the container, used soap on the sink. Had to ask to be moved to a new room. No apologies. "

"While my stay was quick and convenient, our dining experience was marred by a significant billing error. My parents and I had a lovely dinner at 6:30 PM, and the food was excellent. We paid the bill in full with cash and explicitly told the waitress no change was needed. However, we later discovered the server also charged the full amount of the meal to my mother’s room. I am looking to the manager, Ian, to resolve this "double-dip" and ensure my mother is reimbursed promptly."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was poor went down to eat with over an hour left for breakfast they were out of pancake mix, bacon, a few eggs . Out of juice and no one was around to even ask for more. We left and ate elsewhere. The place was not worth the money i paid. Chose this hotel becauae past ratings were good. "
