"I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and love the space so much. nothing to shout for the view as opposite were just a condo. The staffs were helpful and granted me an extended check out timing. Location wise, it's opposite Star Vista where it's a plus plus for food choices. The only cons will be (1) the bathroom at the king bedroom has no shelf to put the body wash and etc which is inconvenient. (2) when I stepped in, the floor seems dusty, other then that, I had a pleasant rest at the accomodation."

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the occasion special. Nur and his team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was thoughtfully handled. The birthday setup was beautifully arranged, and the team surprised us with personal touches that made the celebration feel both intimate and luxurious. Service throughout was seamless—quick, professional, yet never rushed—and every interaction reflected a high level of care and hospitality. What stood out most was the sincerity of the team. It did not feel like a routine service, but rather a heartfelt effort to create a meaningful experience. Quincy House is fortunate to have such a dedicated team, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that delivers not just comfort, but truly memorable moments."

"The staff were really accomodating and thoughtful. We mentioned we had a late flight the night before checking out and they allowed us a late checkout complimentary, which was really gracious and thoughtful, and a reason we'd choose this hotel again. In addition, the room was excellent and clean. The meals were outstanding. One area for improvement is the hotel coffee, which is isn't great. This would round off the entire experience and elevate the hotel over any other. Staff weren't too sure about variations where different milk (e.g. oat milk, soy milk, etc.) were mentioned."

Staff are helpful and respectful Very satisfied with everything...except the food since we are from the Philippines so there was not much choice in the array of food prepared but we understand the reason behind it. So, in terms of food, this is not our hotel to be. But thank you. We had a good 3 night stay. Good luck and more power..😊"
