The service from one female staff member, with whom I spoke several times, was blunt and unkind. She refused to give me the baggage my friend had left, only doing so after I presented the necessary documentation. Up until that point, she insisted the luggage was not there. Overall, though, the stay was satisfactory. The food was excellent, and the restaurant team was exceptionally friendly.

I stayed in Royal park hotel which had a nice and spacious rooms compared to Genting Hotel. This hotel is expensive compared to other hotels in area.
