"I gave three stars because everything about this property was average. The mattress in my room must’ve been quite old. It was so worn down on one side that I literally felt. I was falling out of the bed because it swerved so much. Fortunately, it was a king and I was able to sleep in the middle of the bed, which must’ve had the original firmness and was comfortable. With just a little TLC this could be a very nice property."

"Breakfast was small but good. Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned. We found a toy in the bathtub, a price tag on the bathroom floor, and I don’t think our bed sheet got changed from the last person. It looked dirty and there were cigarette burn holes in the bedding. "

"My best friend and I had booked this hotel for a mom’s night away and we DID NOT even stay here. Once we arrived, we were told that the hot water heater was broken so there would be no hot water to shower and that the pool was closed for “repairs”. We were going to be okay with that, but then we were told because we live in the area, we would have to pay another $200 on top of what we paid for the room in order to stay there. At that point, we canceled and went to a better hotel in the area that was more accommodating. We should have been notified of the hot water heater, pool maintenance, and the fee before checking in. No where on this website or the official hotel website does it state anything about the extra $200 fee (only states it for cash paying guests). The front desk attendant was also very rude and had an attitude when we were just trying to ask about the fee and its purpose. "
