"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. "Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. "Be aware that this is a residential property without your own entrance. It is in a shabby and unsafe feeling part of town and the pictures are not representative of the property at all. Owners uncontactable in any way. As a single traveller, I did not stay here as i felt very unsafe on arrival. "Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home. Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand.
