"Not good at all "

"Scenery was gorgeous. The place could really use an update and a little better cleaning. We unfortunately had to leave a day early because snow was coming and could not get a refund because we booked on Expedia."

"The Staff Person was very helpful and gave helpful suggestions to make our stay enjoyable. To help your guests, have enough towels and coffee for all assigned to room. Have Maintenance Staff pull beds out to clean under head of bed and the a/c unit. Overall, we would stay here again. Thank you for adding to our traveling experience."

"Don’t judge this place by the outside- this little motel ended up being exactly what I needed after an intense hike. The room is small, as expected, but perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking for a clean, comfortable place to shower, cool off, and rest. The AC absolutely cranks, which was heaven after being out in the heat all day. The owners have added so many thoughtful touches: toothbrushes, single-use toothpaste, makeup remover wipes, bath gels, plus a mini fridge and microwave in the room. When I checked in, I was greeted with bottled water, fruit, and cookies, such a kind welcome after a long day. There are also cute patios with hanging lights where you can sit and eat takeout, and there’s even a homemade ice cream shop right next door with a really vibey outdoor patio. One of the owners mentioned a nearby trail just behind the motel, and I’m so glad I listened. I ended up walking through the beautiful Mary DeDecker native plant garden alongside a babbling creek with little bridges and an incredible sunset view over the mountain ridge. It turned into one of the highlights of my trip. This place may not look like much from the outside, but it has heart, kindness, and everything you actually need for a peaceful stay."

"The sliding door for the patio did not lock. It would appear to lock, but a slightly firm pull would open it right up. No curtains on the windows for privacy. Just wooden blinds you could easily see through. The sauna was operational, but the buttons were all worn down and there were no instructions on how to operate it. We got in later after a long day of traveling and weren't in the mood to bring anything up. The view itself and the location were great!"

"I stayed at Mt Williamson on a business trip. It is early in the season so the place is not humming in its operation. The room is rustic but functional. There isn't much amenities to speak about. What bother me to most is the poor sound insolation. My unit is close to the main road and at night when big trucks and speeding motorists speed by, the noise penetrates the room and it would be difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper. Check in and check in hours are limited and much of the information about the motel and surrounding areas are self-help. I will probably not going to stay at Mt Williamson in the future given there are other options that I will try to test out."

"The property manager, Andrea, was wonderful! She was very helpful and responded quickly to all emails. We stayed in the guest suite, which was such a nice respite after staying in hotels. We were able to cook, do laundry, and even had movies to watch. Very accessible to Sequoia and Kings Canyon parks. Would stay here again!"
