"Nice quiet hotel , close to everything but tucked back in a bit of a wooded area so there's not a lot of noise or traffic which is great. The breakfast buffet always has a big variety and it changes every day. Lots of coffee, and a nice snack bar in the lobby. The amenities are great. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable -- I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or even with their families. It's great for any reason of travel. 5 stars! "The hotel was not what was expected. It was more of a motel that people lived in. Loud all night with people drinking in the parking lot. "

"Apart from a few stray hairs and very mild stains on the bedding (which seems to be the case at the vast majority of places), the room was very clean and cozy. Well lit room, great shower, immaculately clean bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, good wifi, very effective heater, and (free) parking very close to room. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival, and everything worked as expected, making White Oaks an amazing value for my stay in the area!"

"The breakfast was awesome. We have seen a sofa in the picture that was not available in the room. The behavior of the staff at the counter while checking in needs improvement. Should be more welcoming, otherwise she was fine. The room was neat and clean, bathroom was very clean, nice. But my wife got a damp smell coming from the shower curtain and bed sheet. Otherwise everything was fine."

"I had booked to stay here however once I got to the hotel it was not what I expected so I got my money back and went somewhere else. (The staff was very nice to deal with, not her fault.) It smelt like smoke, the chair in the room was stained and disgusting, the bathroom has a cigarette burn in the shower and mold. Unacceptable. "

"I did not get a chance to stay. Was only there a few hours and honestly dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property. The first room they gave us was unsecured and unlocked when we arrive so we got a different room and that room was not clean. Someone’s old sock lip balm and crumbs were all over the floor near the bed and under the chair. Then when the shower was turned on a baby roach scurried across the rod and behind a gap between the shower head and wall. Of course couldn’t stay there...
