"Great location, staff were great. Only issue is the late night noise. It being in the middle of FSU brought a lot of rowdy college students in the middle of the night. "

"Room was a bit dirty. Dirt on the floor, stains on the mattress. Looks like a dog had chewed up the dresser/tv stand. Burn marks on towel holder by sink. Looks like it may have been used as an ashtray. There where a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot most of the night. The door looks like it had been busted in a time or two. Didn't feel particularly safe there. We booked late, and this is all there was in the area. All that said, front desk staff were nice and jovial, and gave us some cold water. "

"Front desk was nice and polite on check-in. The Hotel and room where much cleaner, and felt more secure there than other hotels in the area in same price range. However, there was no hot water. Mentioned this on checkout. Front desk was very rude about it, and mentioned it was a known problem. I feel like that information could have been pasted along upon check-in."

"Great hotel. Clean and very Friendly. I left my kindle in the room and they were extremely helpful. They emailed me before I even realized I left it. The pizza on the menu was amazing! Only suggestion would be that there was only one person working for breakfast and we had to leave because the food was taking a long time so maybe scheduling more help. Would definitely return"

"No continental breakfast, which was very disappointing for Hilton. There wasn’t even a piece of paper or a pencil to write on anything in your room. No blankets just a thin sheet on top of the sheets. No guide for the TV and one small bar of soap. Everything else was in dispensers. And the dolly for clothes is ridiculous. A triangular shape that’s way too small and you can’t maneuver it at all. Hilton used to be one of the top places I would stay at, not anymore and the staff not cordial or inviting at all. They asked what your name is and hand you your key."

"Our room wasn’t quite as clean as it should have been. Towels were stained. They were white and should have been bleached. The bathroom had a pocket door, so no hooks on it to hang damp towels. One chair in the room had very worn fabric and needed to be reupholstered or replaced. The hallways were very dark, as was the room. The pool area was lacking. It only had 5 lounge chairs, which people placed towels on to save them. The restaurant was fine but a take out order that was supposed to take 15 minutes took more than 1/2 an hour."
