Room was clean yet a touch tired. No aircon so we asked for a fan and this was happily supplied. Loved the welcome pack for our pooch Pool nice, surroundings a little tired, could do with a good spruce up. Friendly staff and fab location for the tour of abberleys cycle racing.

The Abbey Hotel Golf & Spa
Room was so dirty, spiderwebs coming from the lights. Carpets were filthy so were the walls. Lamp looked like it was covered in sick, shower had dirt and mould in it. Bathroom mirror was filthy. Hair over back of the toilet and in the bath.

Room was okay, would be better if a bigger tv and a mirror over the desk/ dressing table. My 96 year old mum uses a rollator and for long distances a wheelchair. There are a number of stairs to access the reception and restaurant and staff made sure there was a ramp and gave us stair free access to the restaurant via another function room.
