Miscommunication on whether or not they allowed late check in, the hotel never followed up about the claim so Expedia canceled any possible refund, front desk told me I could stay the night if I book a new reservation as long as I booked it and it was approved. I did and it got approved but I was not actually able to check in and I ended up having to find another hotel in the middle of the night

The place need more cleanness. Breakfast needs more improvement and not in front of the entrance of the hotel. Beds are comfortable and a quiet place that I like. Cable has Latino chanels too. Rooms need a total upgrade. Bathroom and floors look that haven't been cleaned.

Not quite as well equipped as other hotels of its sort, but definitely still a nice hotel to stay at for the price. And easy enough to lock in a room whereas other hotels seem to have issues with locking in early or later, depending. Availability never seems to be an issue with this one.

The room was disgusting. Multiple puddles of sticky fluids on the floor. Stains on the bed. I saw a mouse in the room and mice excrement in the corner of the room. The room was so dirty and gross to the point where I had to ask for a refund. I explained the situation to the staff member on duty and asked for a refund. He promised me a refund, but the manager refused to issue me one when I called several times. Staff members were extremely rude and hostile on the phone. Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Would not recommend to anyone. Sleeping in my car would have been more enjoyable.

Very poor facility conditions with bad odor. Bathroom counter had some brown spills that were wiped off. The hallway and room smelled of old cigarettes and pot. The hallway was loud with music and loud commotion coming from the other rooms. We ended up leaving as soon as we got there and am in the process of requesting my money back. I’ve stayed at budget stays but never experienced anything like this. Had a feel of some special temporary housing, not for families and business people traveling through. The front staff was very friendly and didn’t take it personally when we left. I appreciated his overall attitude.

The hotel was fine. Safe, clean. I wouldn’t call the breakfast “breakfast,“ really. It’s coffee and pre packaged muffins and oatmeal packets. Better than nothing but compared to other hotels that offer “breakfast,” it’s really more of a snack service. It’s fine, just not what I was expecting. Staff was good and the place was comfortable overall.

This was not a hotel that you should i0ncl;ude in your listings as it looked like it also doubled as a homeless facility, the rooms and lobby were dingy and old and needed at least a new paint job and furnishings. If you are going to include places like this, you should let people know when you describe the place in your listing so people won't be surprised or feel misled. The person at the desk was responsive and did a good job. That was your best feature. everything else left a lot to be desired.

Rooms were old and not kept up well. Walls and doors don’t block sound, could hear everything going on in the lobby all day and night. Construction making loud banging noises all day. Fridge freezer sounded like a freight train when the compressor kicks on. Metal spring bed frame looks like boot camp beds from a movie.
