"very good area n friendly worker "

"I booked and paid for a room for my husband for a 1 night stay on 4/18/26. He had traveled 9 hours to get to that destination. Upon reaching the front desk in late afternoon, he presented his driver's license and a card. He said he had a reservation. The front desk clerk said no reservation - almost gleefully. Really put him through the ringer to just check in. He said his wife made it. She kept pointing out things like there wasnt an address or phone number on file. He really didnt know...

"I booked pay at hotel with Expedia in late 2025. On January 5th I called the hotel to see if I could pay ahead of time. That request was accepted. I show up on April 20th, 2026 and at checkin, the lady helping me says I owe for the night. I told her that I paid already. Another woman working hears the conversation and says it’s not paid. "The room was mostly clean... except the mirrors. They were gross!! I cleaned them myself. It looked like someone cleaned them with a greasy dirty rag. The floor was clean. Bathroom clean. Sheets clean. Good enough for a night's rest during long travel. The biggest problem was the window above the door with the brightest light shining thru. There's not really any way to cover it either, unless you have cardboard or tape or tacks. Bed was ok comfy but that light was so bright it was hard to sleep...

We had to shut it off completly and then when the room got hot turn it back on. the exhaust fan in the bathroom had a high whine that was very loud. "The desk server was on his phone in the parking lot and no where to be found. There was $hit smeared all over the public restroom in the lobby and when we asked if there was another restroom the kids could use and explained the situation the girl at the desk simply said NO thats thebonlynone we have and showed no concern for the cleanliness/ public health hazard of their hotel"

"Great stay "

"Pool broken and closed down. Room smelt like a whole pack of cigarettes had just been smoked in the room 5 minutes before we checked into the room. Whirlpool in the room was filthy. Bedding is paper thin and the two pillows they have on the bed are flat as can be. "

"This place is independently owned and the owners show pride. The room and common areas were spotless. The breakfast had choices and was very good. The mattress must be new, it was the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on. I will stay here again. "

"The location is kind of awkward. I had pre-registered online which didn’t mean a thing once I got there I had to pay a $50 hotel fee that supposedly someday I will get back. The breakfast was bare. Basics in the room was just as basic definitely would would not go back"
