"Second time staying here & overall another positive experience. It's a great hotel, with excellent facilities if you are a cyclist and with a perfect location in Oudenaarde. Only downside on this visit, we stayed 3 nights & the room was serviced but no coffee, milk etc replenished. Also the fire alarm went off in the night and people were evacuating themselves, no staff available to help or explain. Then after standing outside for 10 minutes the alarms stopped. Still no staff explanation. Not...

"Deuren van de kast vallen bijna uit elkaar. Bed is volledig doorgezakt en heeft enkel hoeslaken waardoor je alle oneffenheden (bolletjes) voelt in matras. Daarnaast is bed doorgezakt. Zeer zeer matig. "

"One of the doors accross from our room had police tape on the outside & the area surrounding the hotel seemed unsafe. The air conditioning was not functional & the room had a constant odor. Opening the window helped but not practical for the e tire evening due to road noise. Guests on other floors were disruptive most of night. Additionally towels were limited.
