"Reception is more tailored toward the Polish guests. Although some are great, most are very cold and tell me that they are busy! Location is excellent. Security greets you at night due to some homeless people nearby. But believe me it is very very safe!"

"A usefu hotel although not centrally placed in Bytom. A fridge and microwave oven are available to guests and located near reception. Breakfast was okay although the cooked selection was very limited consisting of boiled Polish sausages and scrambled eggs"
