"Staff were helpful, food was good, had fish and chips which was huge. Beer was good. Room was clean and well maintained, down side was it was infested with flies. Loads of lots pictures around and a nice setting, however out in nowhere, with nothing to do."

"The IPA was good, food was pretty poor though. Swimming pool and facilities were great. Room wasn't cleaned or amenities replaced, which was annoying. Staff were all really friendly!"

"Personally was quite disappointed after staying at sprowston manor only two weeks before. Staff weren’t particularly helpful or forthcoming with help. Room don’t have a mini fridge, water cups left everywhere as no bin near by. Pool was lovely however chlorine was so high myself & a few other guests ..."
