"The hotel was beautiful, nice and clean. If there was something I had to request is if possible to have breakfast a little earlier, as the breakfast was brought out at 6, but I was long gone by then each day. Maybe have a little something for the earlier risers. Other than that, it was perfect!"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always had a pleasant stay however this last time I had asked for late checkout due to an unexpected delay in my travel. I called down to the front desk and the man who answered wasn’t very helpful. I asked for 1pm on the morning of 4/12/2026. and he said 12:30 and that was that, I didn’t know 30 minutes would make a huge difference and was so hard to give, given my situation. I’m very disappointed and wish he would have been a little more helpful since it was only 30 extra minutes which caused a lot of stress on my end. He wasn’t willing to give a solution and was very snappy."
