"The hotel location is really conveniently located, close to Da'an Park MRT station. The staff was very helpful and proactive. I had informed them in advance that we'd be arriving earlier than the check-in time (3pm). When we arrived at the hotel, they had already arranged a room and let us check in earlier. The hotel also provided fruit and snack every day, and the room was cleaned every day. We had a comfortable stay."

"Very Grand. Rooms extra large. Clean comfortable. They have robes and slippers! Get a room with a balcony looking over the city. Did not have any meals due to high cost. Good hiking behind the hotel. Shuttles to the MRT. Only complaint is lack of bath supplies like there was hand soap but no hand lotion. This is a must stay for the ambiance in Taipei!"

It was the perfect room for us. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. We also enjoyed the hotel's facilities and appreciated the overall cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. The combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend Caesar Metro Taipei to anyone visiting Taipei and would gladly stay here again on our next trip. 💜"
